Usually programmes want to remain involved.

Our objective should be the opposite.

If every time a container is left uncovered somebody needs Hello Kisan to point it out, we have failed.

If a junior worker notices it himself, fixes it, or tells his Senior—we are succeeding.

If the Senior begins correcting small things naturally—we are succeeding.

If the Head starts seeing repeated problems as system issues rather than merely staff mistakes—we are succeeding.

Eventually:

The Five Questions belong to the kitchen.

The Seven Occasions belong to the kitchen.

The periodic review belongs to the kitchen.
