COMPONENT 13 - THE DIAGNOSTIC DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN A TRAINING PROGRAMME
This distinction matters.
At the end of the Diagnostic, we sit together.
Management.
Head/Chef.
Hello Kisan.
We look at what we have learned.
Perhaps the kitchen needs substantial Behaviour Change work.
Perhaps only two or three behaviours need attention.
Perhaps Entrants need support but Seniors are already strong.
Perhaps behaviour is quite good but a few systems need management attention.
Perhaps formal FSSAI readiness needs strengthening.
Perhaps very little needs doing.
That would be a good finding too.
The Diagnostic should not be designed to prove that Hello Kisan's next programme is necessary.
It should be designed to tell us what is actually necessary.
