COMPONENT 10 - WHAT IF WE SEE SOMETHING SERIOUS?

Observation does not mean silence in the face of an obvious immediate danger.

If we see something that appears capable of creating an immediate serious Food Safety risk, it should be brought to the attention of the responsible kitchen person.

Quietly.

Immediately.

Without drama.

We are there to understand normal behaviour.

We are not there to watch preventable harm happen merely because "today is observation day."
