We don't want to sell you a number of hours.

We want enough time to understand the right situations.

As a broad starting point, a normal Diagnostic may take around:

10–15 calendar days.

Perhaps:

6–8 field visits.

Some short.

Some longer.

Some early morning.

Some around service.

At least one may need to be late enough to see closing.

The exact plan will depend upon the kitchen.

A large hotel with multiple outlets cannot be treated like a small standalone restaurant.

Before beginning, we will agree on a simple observation plan.
