Maybe organic means more labour, more spoilage, less yield — so price rises.

Nah… Not Really…

I’m fine paying more if the reason is visible. But when the only explanation is “organic”, it feels like a premium trick. Give me a simple cost story, and I’ll respect it. Until then, I’ll wash well and buy fresh.
