Organic atta is almost double, while regular wheat prices are everywhere in news.

Maybe I Should…

Maybe organic farming costs more — lower yield, more labor, more care. If it’s genuinely cleaner, maybe premium is fair.

Nah… Not Really…

But nobody explains why it’s double. No cost breakup, no comparison, just “organic” stamped on it. In India we pay extra only when logic is visible. Until then, I’ll buy regular and spend on hygiene and storage.
