In India, adulteration is everywhere — milk, spices, oil, even ghee. If cheating is so easy, what stops someone from slapping an “organic” label and charging extra? Trust is thin, certifications are confusing, and honesty is never guaranteed.

Still, peace of mind has value. Even if organic isn’t perfect, it signals better intent. Spending a little extra feel like choosing caution over ignorance. I won’t go all-in, but starting somewhere feels calmer than pretending nothing is wrong.
