Cleaner food, fewer chemicals, better for family health — that’s what everyone says. Maybe I’m late to the party. If things are going wrong in food, spending more could be a sensible precaution.

If adulteration is common, fake organic can’t be rare. I don’t understand certifications, trust is thin, and nobody explains the difference clearly. I’ll buy regular today — maybe organic fruits occasionally. Balance over panic.
