FSSAI: Company Central License + QR copy at counter; Operator Food Handler Card / FoSTaC where applicable.

Municipal: Street Vendors Act certificate/market licence or hawker pass; Shop & Establishment registration for fixed counters; vending-zone allotment (if any).

GST: Company GSTIN; e-invoice not needed for retail cups; keep B2B invoice format for institutions.

Legal Metrology: Cup volume verified (ml printed on pack); calibrated measuring jar at hub.

Plastic/Waste: State plastic ban compliance; paper/biodegradable cups; waste bag & daily disposal log.

Electrical: Portable ELCB, surge guard; indoor sites follow basic fire & exit rules.

Labour: If hub staff >10, maintain attendance & wage register; ESI/EPF as thresholds apply.

Data: DPDP 2023 consent line on app for customer feedback (“By scanning, you consent to …”).

Insurance: Dispenser asset cover + third-party liability for public sites.

Venue-specific NOCs:

o Temple/Faith bodies (quiet signage), Schools/Colleges (principal letter), Hospitals (MS approval),

o Rail/Metro (concessionaire approval), Airport (AAI), Court/Collectorate (estate office),

Open Checklist (08:30): wash hands, rinse tanks, check smell, water source OK, temp set 6–8°C, test pour 50 ml.

Mid-Shift (13:00): wipe nozzles, floor clean, bin 70% max.

Close (21:00): drain, wash with food-grade, dry wipe, floor mop, shutter locked, 3 photos (nozzle, tank, floor) → app.

Weekly (Coordinator)
