🏷️ 10.3 Packing & Labeling at Site (साफ़-सुथरा और पहचान वाला पैक बनाना)

A. Packing Station Setup:

• Clean table, covered surface

• Packing team with gloves, cap

• Pulp flow from collection trough to containers using ladle or funnel pipe

• Seal carefully — leakage = loss!

B. Label Format:

• Product: [Fruit Name Pulp]

• Batch Code: [YYMMDD-ShiftNo]

• Weight: [in kg]

• Site Name + Contact

• "Use Within: ___ Days"

📷 HO Checklist: Click photo of 1 label per batch and send to QA group.

🔍 Case Tip: एक बार Guava pulp का batch बिना label गया → buyer ने reject कर दिया due to traceability issue.

🧊 10.4 Storage SOPs (Temperature, Shade, Stacking Rules)

Pulp को जब तक dispatch नहीं किया जाता, तब तक वह आपका "inventory" है — और उसकी life आपके handling पर depend करती है.

A. Storage Conditions:

ParameterIdeal Value
TemperatureRoom temp (under shade) – NOT direct sun
HumidityLow moisture zone (avoid water accumulation)
Stack HeightMax 3 drums or 10 pouches per pile
PlacementOn crates/pallets – not direct on ground
GapLeave 1 ft gap from wall for air flow

B. Safety Practices:

• Keep away from diesel or chemical area

• No labor should sit on drums or lean on stacks

• Label facing outward – easy to scan

🎯 Cool Trick: Hang a white sheet or tarpaulin as outer curtain – reduces heat and dust.

🚨 Real Case:

At a Maharashtra site, 3 drums were stored near the DG set → pulp got warm → batch had to be destroyed.

🧠 Final Thought:

Packing isn’t the last job — it’s the job that makes everything else matter.

Because pulp तभी बिकेगा, जब buyer को वो साफ, सही वजन, sealed, और सटीक labelled मिल जाए।

So, every dispatch must say:

“This pulp was made with care – and it shows.” 🧃💼🚛
