To facilitate the participation we've made the process simple and secure, ensuring your cost contribution makes an immediate impact.

Step 1: Place Your Order;

• 1.1 Choose Your Tree:Explore our unique selection of trees (Vedic, Zodiac, Auspicious, Nav Graha-Vatika). Select the tree(s) that resonate most with you. You can select as many as variety as you want for any one location
• 1.2 Select Location: Pick the temple or sacred site where you wish your tree to be planted. We provide details about each location. While you can pick more locations in one order but we would suggest you place separate order for different locations.
• 1.3 Personalize (Optional): Add a dedication, a name, or a message for your tree. This will appear on its digital profile. You can also request for Sign Board on each tree or group of trees. For this you will have to connect with our Volunteers who would guide you.
• 1.4 Date & Occasion of Plantation: Normally we plant trees in bulk. But if you want then you can also decide the date, time and occasion for planting of trees ordered by you. Once you have made this request our Volunteers shall connect with you to take this forward.
• 1.5 Review Your Order: See a clear summary of your chosen trees, locations, and the total contribution amount.

Step 2: Secure Your Payment;

• 2.1 Proceed to Payment: Once your order is confirmed, you'll be directed to our secure payment gateway where the Cost of Plantation shall be displayed.
• 2.2 Choose Your Method: Select your preferred payment option:
  Net Banking: (List major banks)
  UPI: (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  Debit/Credit Cards: (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  Bank Transfer: (Account details will be provided for direct transfers, for those who prefer it).
• 2.3 Confirm Payment: Follow the simple instructions on the payment screen. You will receive a confirmation message on Mail / Whatsapp / SMS – what ever has been decided by you.
• 2.4 Receive Certificate: A digital Certificate for your Cost Contribution towards the Planting of trees will be sent immediately to your registered email and mobile number. This can be downloaded and framed also.

Step 3: Track Your Living Legacy (Ongoing Engagement)

• 3.1 Welcome to My Temple Van: Within 24-48 hours of payment, you'll receive a special welcome email with details on how to access your personal My Temple Van contributor profile on our website.
• 3.2 Your Dedicated Profile: Log in anytime to your easy-to-use dashboard, your personal space for your green impact.
• 3.3 Witness Growth: This is where you'll find:
  • 3.3.1 Live updates on your planted trees' progress.
  • 3.3.2 Regular photos and videos as they grow.
  • 3.3.3 GPS location so you know exactly where your tree is.
  • 3.3.4 Insights from our 30-month remote sensing monitoring.
• 3.4 Stay Connected: We will also send you occasional email and SMS updates on key milestones of your trees and the My Temple Van movement.
